PIADINA is an italian hand made flat bread with ancient origin from the north-eastern region of Emilia-Romagna.
The Piadina is rolled in a round shape, cooked on the flat top for two min. each side, filled with different savoury fillings like Italian Prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, fresh tomato, Sausage and grilled veggie and folded in half to be enjoyed like a sandwich nice and warm. It is a very popular street food in the northern regions of Italy because ther is always some space for the the Piadina in your belly says an Italian! ;-)
