Holly Courtney

After a lifetime of making arts and crafts, using everything from crochet to wire, in 2007 I decided to expand and develop my art practice by studying part time in Fine Art at Central Tafe. This was where I found my passion and love for working with clay.
I was blessed to study at one of the best facilities in Australia. I found myself wanting to take advantage of this opportunity and set a moderate pace to my studies, enabling me to learn above and beyond the course criteria. After completing my advanced diploma in 2013, I have set up my home studio in Ballajura
I love making unique functional ware but also enjoy creating large forms for the garden, using both wheel and hand building techniques. I also love helping others to achieve their vision, so I am happy to offer technical assistance and firing services
